BEFORE YOU GO: For volunteers under age 18, please submit a Guardian Consent Form to [email protected] prior to the volunteer day or bring the paper form the day of. A parent or guardian must be present for the volunteer day.
MEETING PLACE: Park along Cricket Hill Rd, Dover Plains, NY 12522 at 41.67109, -73.56883
ACTIVITY: No experience necessary. Removal of various invasive plants. Removal techniques will include pulling, digging, and cutting.
BRING: Field clothing including long pants, long shirt, and sturdy shoes. Plenty of water. Lunch and snacks. Bug spray, sunscreen, and hat if preferred. We will supply gloves and eye protection but feel free to bring your own. We will supply the tools.
